自制低糖苹果梨子酱
参考了很多网上食谱。。大概懂了制果酱的原理。选了一个最容易的食谱,电锅煮酱。看看家里有的水果,苹果,香蕉,梨子。就选了苹果和梨子做为我人生第一个自制酱吧。其实很想做芒果酱的喔。。可惜家里的芒果刚好用完了啦。好了,就下次吧。
三颗中型的富士苹果,一粒西洋梨。削皮切小块,放入一个饭匙的冰糖粒,一汤匙水,半粒柠檬汁,搅拌一阵,再静置。每十分钟搅拌一次。大约一个小时。这个步骤是让水果自己产生果胶。
大同饭锅外锅一杯水,已经稍微软化和产生果胶的水果放进内锅加盖蒸。网上这个食谱呢。。大概就是这样。蒸好可以打成泥,也可以不打成泥。到这个步骤,我稍微改版。就蒸完觉得水还收不够乾,所以自己改良了。我只用打泥棒稍微打一打,希望出来的果酱不要太绵,要有一点颗粒感。然后放上炉火,小火煮,一直不停搅拌,直到满意的浓稠度才息火。我是用来配土司的,需要比较乾的果酱,如果是要配酸奶或是冰淇淋等,就建议不要收太乾有点汁比较好吃。
自制果酱非常的健康,除了低糖,还可以选择健康的糖,甚至使用蜂蜜。也不会有防腐剂,色素,geratin等等添加物。不过,没有防腐剂,加上低糖,保质期相对的会比较短喔。大约一个星期吧。
我的苹果梨子酱,好好吃噢!让熙熙吃我也很放心,她很喜欢,林子也喜欢,还有我家的其它小孩都喜欢呢! 下次我要尝试芒果酱!!

Our 1st Korean cooking experience
Richard and I love Korean food. We will enjoy it once a while for celebrating some special occasion. Kimchi soup is one of our favorite dishes. Last weekend, we decided to do Kimchi soup steamboat since there was a pack of Kimchi store in our refrigerator for months. I searched for a few recipes on internet. Most of the recipes said that we need some Korean ingredients which are chili pepper paste (Gochujang) & chili powder (Gochutgaru). It makes me headcahe because here, Korean Mart is not as popular as Japanese Mart which we can easily find it in most of the shopping centre. I really had no idea where to look for.
